Established in 1985, Espansi Tecnici represents the most recent addition to a group of companies owned by the Gaggelli family, completing a diversified portfolio of production activities.

Our History

Initially structured for the production of expanded polystyrene blocks, with the entire production cycle carried out in-house from expansion to cutting and/or shaping, to the recycling of production waste, the company has always stood out for its dynamism in adapting to market developments, accepting every challenge with the ability and courage to continuously invest in new technologies and human resources.

Its geographical location, at the heart of a thriving recreational vehicle district, led Espansi Tecnici to specialize extensively in this sector. This specialization ranges from ensuring product quality to developing specific equipment for auxiliary processes, establishing a highly specialized technical office, and meticulously training personnel in production and, most importantly, quality control—backed by a fully equipped testing laboratory.

Today, our product range is extensive, including custom packaging, insulating components (calibrated, milled, and shaped), sandwich panels for caravans and mobile homes, disposable formwork materials (e.g., molds, arches, fillers), cavity wall or external cladding insulation boards for construction, interior and exterior decorative elements, frames with various finishes
